补钙小常识

从小就听老人说,吃骨头汤能补钙,即所谓的“以形补形”。但事实上,虽然骨头中含有钙元素,但骨头中的钙很难析出来。即便你用高压锅煮上两三个小时,或是滴上几滴醋,再或是嚼碎骨头……到头来也只能吸收到1%左右的钙含量。要说骨头汤“补”,其实是指满满的脂肪。虽然钙片有助于补钙,但食物补钙效果更好,钙的吸收和利用率更高。
从饮食中补钙,除养成每天喝奶的习惯,还可适当多吃小白菜、西蓝花、油菜、生菜、菠菜等含钙较多的蔬菜。每天吃1斤左右绿叶菜,就能补钙350毫克左右。
豆制品也是不错的钙来源,每100克北豆腐中含钙138毫克,每天最好吃50克干豆制作的豆制品。
此外,小鱼、虾皮、芝麻、花生、榛子等也利于补钙。青春期的孩子以及老人,正处在妊娠期、哺乳期的女性,可以在医生指导下,额外补充钙剂。
需要特别提醒的是,补钙过程中要坚持每天在户外晒太阳至少半小时,帮助身体合成维生素D,促进钙的吸收;还要进行快走、慢跑等运动,促进钙在骨骼里沉积。
